Fast and convenient, our website not only enables you to point, click and purchase, but it also allows you to track an order, access your order history and compile a wishlist. We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted.
You will receive an order confirmation at the conclusion of your order process as well as an email that states your order number and an approximate order total and shipping information.
Credit Cards & Store Credits
We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships. Your shipping & handling charge will be prorated to the value of the shipment if items are shipped separately.
The Federal Government requires that we collect tax for items shipped within the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Telephone, Fax & Mail Orders
Your personal information is always safe with us online. However, if you are still not comfortable making a purchase on our website, you may choose from the following options:

Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering. Some items are drop-shipped directly from our manufacturers. In these instances, orders may be processed within 48-72 hours of receipt, and shipping may take slightly longer.

A $9.95 flat shipping rate will apply to all purchases.

Returns & Exchanges
To return merchandise, use your own trackable and insured shipping method, package all items in their original packaging, enclose the original packing slip and return to:

Return your shipment via your preferred carrier. All return shipments are done at your own expense. Eurotrash is not responsible for lost returns.
Merchandise may also be returned in store to Eurotrash, 3009 W. Cary St., Richmond VA 23221.
A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.
Merchandise exchanges can be made using either of the methods listed above. Before sending your exchange, please note on the back of your packing slip the type of exchange you'd like to make and enclose it in your package. Please review the information below to determine which exchange method will work best for you.
To exchange for the same item in a different size or color / To exchange for a different item:
If you are making an exchange for a different item, you will be charged a new shipping fee to your original method of payment.
To exchange in store:
When making an exchange at our Eurotrash store, please bring your original packing list and the items in their original packaging to expedite the process.
We cannot process store-bought returns at our warehouse. Please return your items to the store.
