Online orders

Fast and convenient, our website not only enables you to point, click and purchase, but it also allows you to track an order, access your order history and compile a wishlist. We ask that you review your order carefully prior to submission, as it cannot be modified once submitted.

Order confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation at the conclusion of your order process as well as an email that states your order number and an approximate order total and shipping information.

Order Status

If you placed your order through a password-protected online account, you may check the status of your order at any time by clicking onYour Account, signing in, and selecting Order History. Credit Cards & Store Credits

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships. Your shipping & handling charge will be prorated to the value of the shipment if items are shipped separately.

Store credits provided for returned merchandise are acceptable for payment for online shopping. Sales tax

The Federal Government requires that we collect tax for items shipped within the Commonwealth of Virginia.

We make every attempt to have consistent pricing throughout our catalog, website and stores. Occasionally we offer special prices that are exclusive to our website or in store. Telephone, Fax & Mail Orders

Your personal information is always safe with us online. However, if you are still not comfortable making a purchase on our website, you may choose from the following options:

 Shipping Information

Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering. Some items are drop-shipped directly from our manufacturers. In these instances, orders may be processed within 48-72 hours of receipt, and shipping may take slightly longer.

Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order. Shipping & Handling charges

A $9.95 flat shipping rate will apply to all purchases.

Returns & Exchanges

Eurotrash stands behind all merchandise sold on our website and in store. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know so we can take care of you. Cash returns are granted within 7 days of the date of purchase. Returns made outside of 7 days but within 30 are provided with a store credit. Website returns should be postmarked within 7 days of the date of purchase for a full cash return. Website returns made within 30 days of the date of purchase will be refunded in the form of a store credit. Your store credit will be provided to you in the form of an electronic gift certificate and may be used to process future orders by contacting us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. To return merchandise, use your own trackable and insured shipping method, package all items in their original packaging, enclose the original packing slip and return to:

Return your shipment via your preferred carrier. All return shipments are done at your own expense. Eurotrash is not responsible for lost returns.

Refund process

A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return.

Refunds for merchandise purchased over a month ago or any merchandise returned without an original packing list will be refunded at their current selling price in the form of a store credit. Store credits are provided in the form of an electronic gift certificate. Exchanges

Merchandise exchanges can be made using either of the methods listed above. Before sending your exchange, please note on the back of your packing slip the type of exchange you'd like to make and enclose it in your package. Please review the information below to determine which exchange method will work best for you.

To exchange for the same item in a different size or color / To exchange for a different item:

If you are making an exchange for a different item, you will be charged a new shipping fee to your original method of payment.

To exchange in store:

When making an exchange at our Eurotrash store, please bring your original packing list and the items in their original packaging to expedite the process.

Store Merchandise

We cannot process store-bought returns at our warehouse. Please return your items to the store.
